SHOULD YOU TEST FOR RADON ? Use the following link to check the zip code of the home that concens you for the highest, lowest and average level of radon in that zip codes homes. SHOULD YOU TEST FOR MOLD ? Mold can trigger asthma and have serious health effects upon those living in the home. Those with other health issues are particulary at risk from mold. One way of looking at the issues is that the person who owns the home, ownes the mold. The relatively small cost of testing can save you what is typically thousands of dollars of expense if the home needs remediation once you own it.
