Dan is certified as a PA Radon #2073 PA Pest BU8003, CMI Mold, CMA Certified Mold Assessor,  Certified Allergen Tester (ESA Cert.#1394) Dan is also certified by ASHI #209990, NAHI #10-12424  and as a CRI # 200175. He is also a Certified inspector and trainer for NACHI and has served as an instructor for members of the three largest home inspection associations. Dan is author of more than 250 published columns on housing and construction issues. 

Dan also is the operator and owner of Envirospect of Western PA, the nation's leading environmental inspection organization.

Before you leave a residential home inspection, you'll receive a computer generated comprehensive report that is easy to understand. This is an uncommon benefit in the home inspection industry. This allows you to review any issues again before leaving the site. 

When sampling or instrument testing is performed, there will be a delay in obtaining the final report for the inspection.
