      Appointments are generally scheduled at 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM each day. Earlier morning appointments are availiable.   

        E-mails are almost always returned each evening. They may also be returned during the day between appointments, if time allows. Phone calls and emails are returned over weekends as we retrieve messages.               

        Please leave both a daytime and an evening phone contact number to finalize appointments if you call outside of our office hours.

    Residential Home Inspection Reports are completed by computer at the end of each inspection. When you attend a residential home insopection, you will have the oportunity to review the report at the site.

Most air and water testing requires lab evaluation, or equipment remaining on site for a period. This creates a waiting period and some delay after sampling is complete.
