Our staff is dedicated to that mission of "Keeping People and Property Safe." We do this by respectfully providing our clients with the best possible technical elements of our services while meeting their individual needs. Our philosophy is that the standard home inspection  is not enough to offer our clients. We want our clients to have every possible opportunity to have services availiable that assure their safety and  protect their investment in a property. We pride ourselves as Pittsburgh Home Inspectors. 

We know that this often a stressful time and dedicate ourselves to making this the best possible experience for our clients. Our email confirmations are just one small aspect of our efforts to help our clients.  

All of our staff must pass the "Grandma test." It is the simple test as we ask: Would we trust this staff person to go to our Grandmas house ?

We go beyond the "ASHI Standards of Practice" to provide a more complete base inspection. We provide services such as mold testing, radon testing and any other environmental services. We also offer additional services such as fireplace chimney cleaning and fireplace inspections, sewer camera testing, pool testing and many other services that other inspectors do not offer.

We understand that our philosophy of offering our client additional and more complete services makes "closing the sale" more difficult for the real estate professional, and deeply regret that problem. However, we work to protect our client's interests, period !  We also believe that if you have a real estate professional that goes the extra mile to protect their client's needs deserves your future business and referrals. Professionals that think service first and financial gain second need and deserve your business !! 

We firmly believe that the best time for an inspection to be performed is before it is listed. In most instances, pre-inspection increases the final offer made on the property, shortens the time a property is on the market and decrease the stress on buyer, seller and real estate professionals.  Renegotiating a contract after the initial offer usually reduces the offer more than the cost of the actual repairs needed. Placing a house back on the market after a deal falls through reduces the desirability of the property for other potential buyers.

We provide almost every environmental testing service available. More than 50% of our inspection are strictly environmental. We have medical, wellness, mold remediation and legal  environmental referrals. Many home inspection firms and real estate professionals consult with our firm after others note that there is an environmental risk at a property, but do not have the equipment or expertise to address the potential problem.     

We are a one stop shop for many other services not provided by other home inspection companies. These include sewer camera inspections, fireplace inspections, pool inspections and many other services.  

We serve Allegheny County, Butler County, Armstrong County, Westmoreland County, Indiana County and other Western Pennsylvania communities.
